Sustainability Policy
QAFAC proactively addressed environmental regulations by implementing measures to reduce NOx emissions from its utility boilers. To achieve this, QAFAC collaborated with engineering consultants and technology providers to do install and commission of following units.
- 4 Ultra-low NOx burners (2 per boiler)
- 2 Main fuel gas skids and 4 individual fuel gas skids
- Wobbe Index Analyzer for online fuel gas monitoring
