QAFAC has been taking a proactive approach in catering to climate change challenges. It includes exploring multiple pathways to reduce the carbon intensity of our existing Methanol and MTBE plant. We continue to focus on plant efficiency, plant reliability and the use of catalysts, and are identifying ways to upgrade our existing facilities to improve energy efficiency and lower CO₂ emissions
