Primary purpose of this job:
Work as Field Operator with an ability to operatall all seven (7) areas of the MTBE Plant including Butamex & PSA, Oleflex (including Cold Box), CCR unit, MTBE synthesis, (Ethermax), ORU, CSP unit, and OSBL including storage spheres.
Coach and train new operators and Qatari Developees in all aspects of the MTBE plant.

Qualifications:
- High school certificate (Grade 10 or equivalent) is required.
- Tertiary qualifications from a Technical school is desirable.
- Must be physically and mentally fit as determined by Company Medical Officer.

Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience working as an operator or technician in MTBE or similar petrochemical plants.
- Past experience should include training in and exposure to the following areas of plant operations: Butamer & PSA, Oleflex (including Cold Box), CCR unit, MTBE synthesis, (Ethermax), ORU, CSP unit, and OSBL including storage spheres
