QAFAC is participating fully in the Strategic Qatarization Plan Formulated for the Oil & Gas Industry.
The percentage of Qataris in QAFAC had risen from 7% at start of the Plan in June 2000 to 20.8% by the end of 2004.
Our present plans envisage us having 40% of established positions held by Qataris by 2009
